Biodiversity Net Gain: What is changing and what does it mean for you?

Description

In April, the Government set out the next steps for implementing and reforming mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) across the planning system in England. This webinar will provide an overview of these updates, focusing specifically on implications for minor, medium and brownfield developments.

The session will explore the proposed reforms, which aim to ensure the system works better for developers and local authorities while continuing to drive nature recovery, and consider what they mean in practice.

It will also outline the anticipated next steps for implementation, including emerging timelines and policy direction.
