All CIEEM members have access to the online mentoring platform as part of their membership benefit. This valuable support is only made possible thanks to the generosity and commitment of a dedicated network of volunteer mentors, who are CIEEM members freely giving their time to support the development of others within the profession.
To enable us to continue to provide mentoring support for members, we are keen to grow our network of mentors.
In this webinar, we will provide an overview of the CIEEM Mentoring Platform – how it works, how to sign up a look at some of the tools available to support you.
We will then explore the role of a mentor with a panel of mentors who will share their experiences, why they chose to become mentors, the type of support they have provided, the challenges faced, and what they have gained from the experience.
The final session will explore the skills and expertise we are looking for in a mentor, and how you can play a vital role in supporting the next generation of professionals.
There will be a Q&A session for you to ask the panel any questions you may have about the role and how it can also benefit you.
