Top Tips for Ecological Planning Submissions: A Local Authority Perspective

Top Tips: The planning system provides a key opportunity to protect and enhance the
natural environment, but it can be a complex and sometimes frustrating process. This
webinar will cover common issues, as viewed from the perspective of a Local Authority
Ecologist. The webinar will raise awareness of considerations, obligations and
requirements that need to be met by Local Planning Authorities. The findings will be
presented in a series of ‘top tips’ highlighting how LPAs and consultant ecologists can
best work together to deliver positive outcomes for biodiversity…and clients!
